Why prenatal yoga?
Throughout both pregnancies, yoga offered me a way to nurture myself through the immense changes of pregnancy and to effectively prepare myself mentally and physically for birth. Based on my own experience, I am committed to sharing the benefits with others so they are supported, empowered and confident to trust their own bodies and intuition throughout pregnancy and as they approach birth.
