Why Vinyasa yoga?

Vinyasa yoga requires that we cultivate an awareness that links each action to the next - one breath at a time. They are progressive sequences that unfold with an inherent harmony and intelligence, a flow of poses linked together by breath. I take a compassionate approach to practice to create strength, freedom and grace. I have found yoga to be truly transformative, inviting a deeper understanding of the body, mind, emotional state and spirit.
